Unique piece of Goncalo Alves (Tigerwood)!

We've can't seem to take our eyes off of this gorgeous piece of 2" x 14" x 84" Goncalo Alves (Tigerwood). 

Great figure/color throughout the piece!

Just milled up a snakewood log, great figure!

Here's another project out of the 40 year old Black Walnut!

Phil Audia (woodandsilver.com) just sent us this image of 10 slices of 0.105" veneer all cut out of a solid piece lumber 2" x 9" x 120". 

Phil says this set will be used to construct a wall panel in an architect's office. 

We can't wait to see this panel once it's oiled, should really look nice!

Partridgewood (Guyavilla Negra)!

We just surfaced some new pieces of Partridgewood (Guyavilla Negra) for the showroom. 

One of the densest and rarest woods in world, Partridgewood is an excellent choice for smaller projects that require tight grained wood that can take a fine detail (knife scales, pens, ornamental turnings, jewelry, etc.)  

Digging through the 40 year old Black Walnut for another project!

Some of the 40 year old Black Walnut we found earlier this month being made into a bench!

It's been great to see all the neat projects that are coming out of this old stock: tables, fireplace mantles, benches, guitars, wood turnings, etc. 

We can't wait see what else our customers can come up with!

We have about 400 lbs of Ebony Billet Cut offs and many have live edge intact!

We will probably resaw some of these pieces into some small live edge slabs in the next couple of weeks. We'll post more pictures once they are cut

Those dark lines on the face are chainsaw marks not cracks.
